Answer:    Price and Quality.  Without having the overhead of the equipment required to view and print on-site and the manpower to run it, I can sell prints at a much lower price.  Also, it would be impossible to use the lab quality professional print press on-site that is used by my lab.  Therefore the prints are of much higher quality then any that could be printed on-site.

2)             Question:  Is it safe to use my credit card on-line for ordering?

                Answer:     Absolutely!  The site is secure.  I have been ordering through the site with my card for 4+ years without any problems.

3)             Question:  Is there any way I can order without using a credit card on-line?

                Answer:    Yes!  Each picture on-line has a photo identification number.  If you make note of the identification numbers and the size prints you would like.  You can mail the list, along with a check for the total amount of the order, with $5.00 shipping, to me at the address on the business card.  Be sure to include your address.  I will order the prints for you and have them shipped directly to your address.

4)             Question:  Why are there two copies of some pictures on-line, only cropped differently?

                Answer:  The different crops (zoom) of the photos are better for different print sizes.  We recommend that you order the tight crop (close-up) of the photo for prints 8x10 or smaller and you order the full length crops for all prints larger then 8x10.  This will give you the best possible print and still be able to see the face of the athlete.

5)             Question:  How long will it take to receive my order?

                Answer:  Most orders are shipped within 48 hours and will arrive by mail in 5-7 days.  However, orders that include sports cards will add an additional  2-4 days to the processing time.

6)           Question:  How long will the pictures be available for me to order?

Answer:   The event will stay active for ordering for 1 month from the date of the event.  However, photos can be viewed and prints can be ordered for 2 years with a $4.00 fee for retrieval from achieves.

7)             Question:  How long will it take for you to have all pictures uploaded for purchase?

                Answer:    Generally, all pictures will be available 2-4 days from the date of event.  If the event is a multiple day tournament, the first day may be a little longer.
